How could I have forgotten these pics?
This is our Zombie Baby sucking out her Dad's brains.
Christmas Morning
Tyler was so much fun to watch opening presents. This is the present from us...jackpot! (Thank goodness Ben told us what to get since we are both terrible gifters.)
Julia wanted to help Tyler play with his presents
Opening her present from Lea and Shayne
It's a onesie that says "Made with Love (and Science). She loves it!
But as Tyler continued to open his hundreds of presents, Julia got disappointed her parents were serious about only giving her a magazine for Christmas this year. Refer back to Caption #2.
These bows are much cheaper
We made our parents a genealogy circle. Okay, so we had MaynRad make it for us, but it was our idea! Okay, okay, so we saw it at somebody else's else and that's where we got the idea.
I gave Greg a new wood watch
And he gave me a 50mm fixed lens for our T2i. Here is the the Blue Steel look Greg mastered from Zoolander.
I think I'll stick to this model!
Playing with Dad
Ben and Jenny's best present this year
My parents gave Julia and Tucker these adorable bunny hats so that we could say "Rabbit, rabbit!"
Coming in after a freezing walk outside...I'm pretty sure the rabbit hat and Chinese coat are going to become a new trend in Ben and Jenny's neighborhood this winter.
My Aunt Martie made this adorable jacket and bonnet for Julia when she was born. At 9 months, it finally fits this dwarf.
She thought it would look better on her dad's head
Yep, he's pretty cute in a bonnet!
I love my new lens!

My parents came back from Nashville on Thursday and spent the rest of the week with us. We went to the Marietta Museum of History where Julia found this bell which is almost as tall as she is.
No, we can't keep her tongue in her mouth.
And we can't keep his tongue in his mouth either.
But the sleep-deprived, over-medicated baby finally crawled. Should we have tortured her earlier to get these results?
Santa Tucker
My adorable nephews
Julia's Christmas present from Greg's parents arrived...her own chair! Greg is teaching her how to be a couch potato like him. They are going to sit on the couch, eat bon-bons, and watch soaps all January.

Did you know that watching "Baby Mozart" is hard work? It requires the Michael Jordan tongue of concentration.
She stands on EVERYTHING! And she looks amazing in jeggings. Enjoy it now, Julia, because if you inherit your mom's legs this will be the only time you look good in them.
And loves magazines, especially tearing the pages into tiny, itty, bitty, little pieces. Amazing hand coordination...she is going to be a great pianist in a few years! :)
She is chewing on everything...still no teeth...and she loves to swing!
Happiness!
Such a good stay-at-home Dad!
I think Greg liked the slide more than she did, and I had to kick a young kid off of it for this pic. Totally worth it.
This blood blister happened on my watch while Greg was driving with his sis to UT. What can I say...she likes cabinet doors!
We call this her giraffe tongue. She can't keep it in her mouth and she licks everything!
This is a present from her Papa and Grams!
She got to open it early.
It's the Laugh and Learn home! She already had it (got it for free) and she LOVES it!
Yes, paper!
J had never shown any interest in the stairs, but the first time she tried a few days ago, she scaled them in a few minutes.
No, the heart bum wasn't planned. She just happened to be wearing these pants the day she decided to climb the stairs! :)
Working hard
Yes, she is our little Michael Jordan. Working hard, tongue is out.
Sometimes she gets distracted

And her favorite sleeping position as of late. I'm pretty sure if Julia could be any other animal, she would be an ostrich.
