All of my blog posts have been about me and the baby. Some of you may be wondering if Greg is even around. Here he is!
He bought this massive umbrella on Sam's Club Auction for a great price. Since the sun hates Greg, this is one of his ways of preparing for fatherhood and any outdoor excursions. He says now he'll go to the beach with me! Let's hope our baby is a darkie and not a whitie like Greg!
Greg's co-worker Rhonda threw Greg a surprise work baby shower on Friday. Waiting for him to walk in...

Because it was his shower, I was adamant that he open all the presents. I found it thoroughly amusing watching Greg open up baby gifts!
It was a diaper shower, and we got tons of diapers which we totally will need!
And along with diapers, some really cute pink girly stuff that Greg looked so cute opening!
I'm pretty convinced now that every shower should be a couple shower!

Greg's amazingly crafty sister Kathy made me a Hospital Survival Kit, just in the nick of time. Okay baby, you can come anytime now!
The nursery is officially finished. Greg put trim around the windows for my Valentine's Day present, and it looks amazing!

Me at 38 weeks in my glider. Man, that glider is a long story involving CraigsList and 3 trips to McDonough to get all the parts necessary to finally assemble it. Good thing I really liked the chair once it was assembled!

Adorable! A couple baby shower sounds great...how fun to have Greg open up the gifts...and so cool that his coworkers through HIM a baby shower! Fun fun!

You do look like parents! I can't wait, I am so excited for your baby. Okay, loved the post, good glider: Trust me if you are a rocker like me then you will love the investment. I already broke my first (which was a really nice one), & am on my second. You will be in that thing a WHOLE lot. SUCH A CUTE SHOWER, & I love couple showers. It is so fun to watch boys open girlie stuff & greg makes it look good. Your Nursery is SO BEAUTIFUL! YAY. So now you are 39 weeks, baby can come anytime now, I am sure you are getting to the point where you want to evict her anyway! I will be watching for updates. Congratulations my favorite Greg & Lara, you are about to have the most amazing world changing events (that will feel like it was never any other way) in a few days!
